  • Shipping costs to the following countries are 10,- euro: Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Italy, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden.
  • Shipping costs to the following countries are 15,- euro: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Channel Islands, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic.

4. When can I expect my order?

We use PostNL for all our shipments.
PostNL will send your package via standard Priority service, so you can be sure of a timely delivery.

6. Why is there no VAT on used items?

The use of the Dutch Margin Settlement implies that only pays V.A.T. or salestax over the acquired profit margin on used instruments and equipment. Therefore on these used items the typical V.A.T. or salestax percentage of 21% is not applicable. 

7. What is the warranty of the ordered products?

The standard warranty is 12 months on new products, unless otherwise indicated. Our second hand gear has a warranty period of 3 months. Products that are clearly subject to wear (eg strings) are not covered by warranty. 

8. What do you do with customer information?

The Customer has the right to inspect her personal data free of charge and at all times and permits to adjust these data if required when inaccuracies occur.
